MARWARI LIBRARY
BOOKS:Hindi literature and rare early and mid-20th century periodicals

Shah Valiullah Library
BOOKS: Over 10,000 books and 100 manuscripts in Urdu and Persian
HOURS: Approximately 9:30-11:00am, 8:00pm-10:00pm

Fatehpuri Library

Dayal Singh Library

The Ghalib Institute
BOOKS: A wide range of well-curated Urdu and Persian books and manuscripts.

The Hardayal Library
BOOKS: A large collection of rare manuscripts in many languages from as early as the Mughal period, rare print books from the 19th and early 20th century in Indian Languages, and many first editions of English books.

Jamia Hamdard Library

Ramakrishna Ashram Library

The library is open to members for the purpose of reading and reference work on all days except Mondays and other notified holidays. The library has a reading room facility and also a lending section for the benefit of borrowers, but books are issued to members residing in Delhi only.

The library is equipped with books on generalities, philosophy & related disciplines, religion, social sciences, languages, pure sciences, technology (applied science), arts, literature, rhetoric, geography, history, etc. covering 13 languages, including French and Russian. The library provides dailies in English and Hindi and periodicals in several Indian languages.

The library opens from 8 am to 8 pm on all days except Monday. The serene ambience of ashram & spiritually rich environment provides a very soothing reading experience.

Location: Ramakrishna Mission, Ramakrishna Ashram Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110055, India. It is next to R K Ashram Metro Station.

The Japan Foundation Library

If you are a fan of manga, you shouldn’t be missing out on the Japan Foundation Library, owing to their large collection of manga from various acclaimed writers and artists. They have a lot of general reference material and research info related to Japan, too, including an audio-video library.
