My email id has been hacked by someone and the recovery email id was changed on it, so I can’t login as it keeps asking me to verify using my recovery email id. I have tried to login and validate with date of account creation as well, but Gmail says, that they can’t verify that this account is mine and hence can’t give me access to it. Help section does not work. It has the same old links. There is no phone number for customer care or email. I need to contact Google and get my email id back. Please share the email for Google Customer Care with me.

The Google Grievance Officer’s Email Id is : support-in@google.com
However writing on this id will only get you a standard copy paste email from them. There is no support from Google for email hacking beyond the articles in the “recover your email” help section.
I sent them a mail for a similar concern and got the below reply in response.
