Break ups are never easy. More the attachment, more is the pain while letting go. The mind is in turmoil as the expectations did not materialize and now the situation is unpleasant to the mind. The mind process creates a cloud of unrest and torture. It is not a physical process, but a mental one and to move one there is no option but to acknowledge and accept that the relationship has indeed ended.
Now, you have ample time to devote to yourself and you can now do as you please with it. While many would suggest rushing into another relationship, but it will only divert the mind from trauma and make thing further complicated.
