Basically, 67 points out of 100 is the minimum CRS score required to apply for Canada PR through PNP programs. And these points will be declared based on your age, education, experience, language abilities, employment status in Canada, study or work experience in Canada, and spouse details.  Adding all the required details can actually boost your score. Because even the small details will be counted. Along with that boosting up your language skills can help in improvising your CRS score. However, if you are applying for Express Entry Program, you may need 450-475 CRS score to apply for Canada Immigration.
